SEND Reform Consultation event: Parents and families

Parents and Families: Join Us on the 24th March to Share Your Views on SEND Reform

SEND Reform Consultation 2026: the Alliance for Inclusive Education. Two young Disabled people are holding a protest banner with the slogan: Educate, Don't Segregate

Changes to the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) system are on the way, and they could significantly affect how Disabled children and young people access education.

We are hosting an online consultation event for parents and families to help shape our response to the UK Government on SEND reform.

Time and again, parents tell us they want Inclusive Education and properly resourced mainstream schools where their children can learn and belong. But the Government’s proposals suggest a different direction. Your voice matters now more than ever.

We want to hear directly from you; your experiences, your concerns, and what truly needs to change. Your insights will help ensure that the voices of families are heard loud and clear!
